Fees

Our current fee structure is available here. We offer a sibling discount of 5%, and from September 2026 we will be accepting 30 hours of government-funded hours for eligible families.

Sessions are offered term-time only over 38 weeks of the year (and exclude inset days and school holidays). We are a term-time-only setting. Our core hours are 9:00am – 3:00pm (half days available), but we also offer early bird and after-school clubs.

Early Bird and After School clubs

We are pleased to share that, following feedback from our families, we will be extending our Early Bird Club to run from 8:00am–9:00am. This will be available on select days while we build interest. Please speak to our manager for details on the days currently offered.

Our After School Club runs from 3:00pm–5:00pm, and children staying for the full two hours will be offered a light tea .

Uniforms

From September 2026, we will be introducing an optional pre‑school uniform. The uniform consists of a bottle‑green T‑shirt and red jumper, along with a green baseball cap and backpack, all featuring our new Rotherfield Pre‑school logo. Children are welcome to wear their own shorts, trousers or skirts.

Purchasing the uniform is entirely optional and completely up to each family.

For the 2026/2027 academic year, every child registered with us in September 2026 or who joins later in the year will receive a free T‑shirt, which we will hand out at the start of term.
